Cancellation Policy
Our Personal Cybersecurity Training is a one-to-one, high-intensity online course based on CISA materials. Below are the key policy details: Scheduling and Sessions: 1. Each participant receives 5 personalized sessions per week, each lasting 2 hours, for 1 week (Total 10 hours). We recommend checking the booking system for local time adjustments. 2. We try to be as flexible as possible with booking days and hours. 3. All sessions must be booked in advance, and time slots are subject to availability. 4. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions (IMPORTANT!): 4.1. Rescheduling is not possible for missed sessions without prior notice. Missed sessions will result in the loss of the session place. 4.2. Participants may reschedule sessions with 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session, subject to availability. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: 5.1. Cancellations before the first class will incur a 100% refund, excluding the non-refundable booking fee. Refunds of 50% are available for cancellations made before completing 50% of the sessions (2 out of 4). 5.2. No refunds will be issued after 50% of the course has been completed. 6. Learning Materials: 6.1 Course materials include Presentation, exam-style questions, and other resources. All materials are provided digitally. 6.2. Participants are encouraged to conduct independent research to reinforce learning between sessions. 7. Assessment and Completion: 7.1. All participants must undergo an assessment based on their customized course to evaluate their skills and readiness for cybersecurity roles. 7.2. The assessment should be scheduled within 10 days of completing the course. 8. Participant Expectations: Active engagement in sessions and completing recommended exercises are key. Participants are also expected to research suggested online resources to deepen their knowledge and accelerate learning. This independent research will enhance understanding and better equip participants to apply course concepts effectively. 9. Privacy and Data Security: Participant data is protected under GDPR and relevant regulations. We verify Digital IDs for compliance, and participants are screened against international blacklists of organizations and nationals as required by law. No person. 10. There is an evaluation multiple choice at the end of the course to issue a Diploma of Completion with 65% passing score. If you're not satisfied we refund.
