Cancellation Policy
Our Cybersecurity Foundation Training is a one-to-one, high-intensity online course based on CompTIA Security+ materials. Below are the key policy details: Scheduling and Sessions: 1. Each participant receives 3 personalized sessions per week, each lasting 2 hours, for 4 consecutive weeks. Sessions are scheduled between 6 am and 10 am GMT-3. We recommend checking the booking system for local time adjustments. 2. A mandatory one-day break between sessions ensures time for reflection and research. 3. All sessions must be booked in advance, and time slots are subject to availability. 4. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions (IMPORTANT!): 4.1. Rescheduling is not possible for missed sessions without prior notice. Missed sessions will result in the loss of the session place. 4.2. Participants may reschedule sessions with 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session, subject to availability. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: 5.1. Cancellations before the first class will incur a 100% refund, excluding the non-refundable booking fee. Refunds of 50% are available for cancellations made before completing 50% of the sessions (6 out of 12). 5.2. No refunds will be issued after 50% of the course has been completed. 6. Learning Materials: 6.1 Course materials include CompTIA Security+ Study Guides, exam-style questions, and other resources. All materials are provided digitally (Amazon Kindle buy for others format. Only one digital copy of a Study Guide). 6.2. Participants are encouraged to conduct independent research to reinforce learning between sessions. 7. Assessment and Completion: 7.1. All participants must undergo an assessment based on their customized course to evaluate their skills and readiness for cybersecurity roles. 7.2. The assessment should be scheduled within one month of completing the course. 8. Participant Expectations: Active engagement in sessions and completing recommended exercises are key. Participants are also expected to research suggested online resources to deepen their knowledge and accelerate learning. This independent research will enhance understanding and better equip participants to apply course concepts effectively. 9.
